The Island Disc Golf Society - Promoting the Sport of Disc Golf in Victoria and on Vancouver Island

Currently, there are about 24 courses in the province, predominantly built upon park land. About two courses per year are springing up throughout the province. All courses on park lands are free and for the benefit of the community. As you can see from the list below, there are no facilities between Burnaby and Kamloops:

Disc Golf in British Columbia

Vancouver and Lower Mainland

· Quilchena Disc Golf Course - Near Kits, along 33rd and two blocks east of Arbutus.
· Jericho Hill Disc Golf Course - 4th by Jericho Hill Centre, Vancouver.
· Little Mountain Disc Golf Course - Ontario and 35th Avenue, Vancouver.
· Mundy Park Disc Golf Course - Mundy Road off Austin, Coquitlam.
· Winskill Park Disc Golf Course - 56th Street, Tsawwassen.
· Robert Burnaby Park - Exit Hwy 1 at Cariboo, south uphill on Cariboo, right on 16th Ave. to 1st street, right and head downhill to park, go right then next left down to the bottom of Hill Street to parking lot.
· Camp Howdy - Private course run by the YMCA, in Port Moody.
· Clark Park - Natural object night course, in East Vancouver.
· Various Courses in North and West Vancouver

Vancouver Island & Gulf Islands

· University of Victoria Disc Golf Course - UVic, Victoria. The course is maintained by the University of Victoria Disc Golf Club (UVicDGC) · Bowen Park Disc Golf Course - Bowen Park, Nanaimo. The course pro is John Anthony.
· Golf Island Disc Park- Galleon Way, Pender Island.
· Hart Memorial Disc Golf Course - Mouat Park, Ganges, Salt Spring Island.
· Juan de Fuca Disc Golf Course - 1767 Old Island Hwy, Victoria. Currently Closed
· Linnaea Park - Cortes Island.
· University of Victoria - Natural object. Currently closed
· Squirrel Cove - Cortes Island.
· Mount Washington Ski Hill - Courtenay, Vancouver Island.
· Campbell River - Cambpell River

Throughout the Province

· Whistler Disc Golf Course - Spruce Grove Park.
· Rickyglen Disc Golf Course - 9 Anderson Road, Fernie.
· Cranbrook Disc Golf Course - Located on the Cranbrook Campus of the College of the Rockies in southeastern BC.
· Anvil Island Disc Golf Course - Anvil Is. Daybreak Point Bible Camp. This is a private course. You will have to phone the owners and ask permission to play. Near Squamish.
· Scotch Creek Disc Golf Course - Scotch Creek Entertainment Company, Sorrento.
· Ymir Disc Golf Course - 9 hole tonal course (empty avalanche shell casing targets) natural tee pads and signs. Near Nelson.
· Juniper Park - In Kamloops. From Hwy #1 turn onto Commazetto Dr. Turn right onto Valleyview drive, then left onto Rose Hill Road. Course is 2.5 kilometers up on right. Look for paved parking lot. Course starts east of tennis courts. Driving directions.
· Rose Hill - In Kamloops. From Hwy #1 turn onto Commazetto Dr. Turn right onto Valleyview drive, then left onto Rose Hill Road. Course is 2.5 kilometers up on right. Look for paved parking lot. Course starts east of tennis courts.
· The Mile High Club - At Silverstar Mountain, near Vernon.
· Camp Malibu - Located in a remote section of the Sunshine Coast, near Prince Louisa Inlet. Private course.
· Camp Elphinstone - Private course run by the YMCA, on the Sunshine Coast near Langdale.
· Fallow Ridge - Private course located in Coldstream, a city near Vernon. A real fun course with a hot tub, camping facilities, a pool, showers, a clubhouse, BBQ, you name it.
